OfflineStatement is operated by PT Kodecut Digital Media, Menara Karya 28th Fl, Jl. HR Rasuna Said Block X-5, Kav 1-2, South Jakarta 12950, Indonesia ("we"). This policy explains what data we handle.

Your statements never leave your device

PDF files you convert are read and processed entirely inside your web browser. They are not uploaded to us or to anyone else, and we never see their contents.

What we do collect

• Purchases. Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects your name, email, billing address and payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive your email, country and order details so we can provide your license and support.
• License check. If you have Pro, your browser sends your order number to our server about once a day to confirm the subscription is active. Nothing from your statements is ever sent.
• Basic server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may log IP address, browser type and pages requested for security and reliability. These logs are kept for a limited time.
• Emails you send us. If you contact support, we keep the conversation to help you.

We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you by emailing offlinestatement@proton.me. We reply within 30 days.
